About the Opportunity 

At Alwyndor, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Employee Experience Administrator to join our People & Culture team and play an important role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with Alwyndor.

 

This is a varied role that goes beyond traditional administration. You will support onboarding, learning and development, employee compliance, People & Culture systems, employee records and day-to-day enquiries, helping to ensure our people have a positive, well-supported experience from the moment they join us.

 

Working as part of a close-knit People & Culture team, you will build relationships across the organisation and provide responsive, professional and solutions-focused support to employees and leaders.

 

About the role

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including employment contracts, documentation and new starter requirements.
  • Coordinate and support employee induction programs, ensuring new starters, managers and presenters are prepared and that all resources and arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain accurate learning and development records and coordinate internal and external training.
  • Administer and maintain Alwyndor's Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates and employee records.
  • Monitor training completion and follow up on outstanding mandatory and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and monitor employee compliance records, including qualifications, licences, work rights, background checks and certifications.
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare compliance reports and workforce data to support People & Culture reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Administer People & Culture systems and ensure employee information and records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate employment documentation, including contract variations and standard correspondence.
  • Manage the People & Culture inbox and respond to employee and external enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain secure and accurate electronic employee files in line with privacy and record-keeping requirements.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements and other People & Culture administration.

About You

  • The ability to analyse situations, identify solutions and look for ways to improve the employee experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with HR systems, learning management systems and other digital platforms.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative People & Culture team.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Qualifications and experience

 

Extensive experience in a similar administration or People & Culture role with a strong understanding of administrative processes and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.

 

Experience supporting compliance requirements, HR reporting, audits, policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and data integrity.

 

Experience working with HR information systems, learning management systems or compliance reporting will be highly regarded.

 

You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
