About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will work under the guidance of our Clinical Care Leads, providing best-practice nursing care while supporting residents to live healthy, engaged and fulfilling lives. As a Registered Nurse at Alwyndor, you will have a basic understanding of required documentation and Commonwealth standards.

  • Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care
  • Provide evidence based, individualised nursing care
  • Complete clinical evaluations and documentation
  • Supporting individual case management
  • Maintaining quality standards and regulatory requirements 

Shifts Available:

  • Morning 6:45am - 3:15pm
  • Afternoon 2:45pm -11:15pm

About you

You will be a committed nurse who can demonstrate effective interpersonal and time management skills as well as the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.  The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Aged Care placement or clinical experience (2+ years preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Understanding requirements of regulatory compliance and accreditation
  • Basic experience with funding and required documentation
  • Understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement
  • Full Australian working rights

 

You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
