About the Role Reporting to the Registered Nurse on the floor and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of passionate and committed health professionals and care professionals, the Enrolled Nurse will deliver high quality nursing care to support residents to meet their individual needs and preferences. With no two days being the same, you will be responsible for: - Administering medication, wound management, palliative care and relevant documentation
- Contributing to assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care to ensure the best outcomes for our residents
- Building and maintaining supportive relationships with residents, clients and their families to strengthen relationships within the business and local community
- Providing support and guidance to our Care Worker team to contribute to a harmonious and collegiate working environment
About you You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, to support them to live life to their full potential.
You will have: - Current registration with AHPRA, including medication endorsement
- Demonstrated current knowledge and skills in contemporary Aged Care Services
- Are customer focused, reliable and adaptable
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
- Commitment to being part of a values based workplace culture
