About the Role We are seeking Enrolled Nurses who want to be part of our Support at Home team in the Southern metropolitan suburbs. In addition to Enrolled Nurse duties, you must be prepared to provide personal care, social support, transport and administer medication. You must be available for shifts across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You must be comfortable working on your own, enjoy driving, have exceptional communication skills and a high level of understanding as to what person-centred care means. We are looking for people who... - Are flexible and available to work weekdays between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm.

- Have the ability to work independently and without supervision.
- High standards of presentation and personal hygiene
- Provide a consistent, professional and effective level of support and can clearly communicate with our clients.
To be considered for this role you will have... - Diploma of Nursing
- Current registration with AHPRA, including medication endorsement.
- Proven experience in aged care, preferred but not essential.
- A current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle that will pass a Vehicle Safety Checklist
- A current First Aid certificate or we can organise.
