About the Opportunity 

Provide a range of cleaning and services on a scheduled, around the facility which include;

• • Building entrances, reception and office areas
  • Café, lifestyle hub, therapy services and meeting rooms
  • Toilets and other common areas
  • Resident rooms, including bathrooms
  • Clean upholstery, carpet using equipment
  • Window cleaning
  • Floor scrubbing
  • Removing rubbish and dirty laundry
  • Washing and sorting laundry 
  • Unpacking and delivering laundry 
  • Unpacking stock 
  • maintaining standards of hygiene and minimise risk of contamination
  • identifying and logging issues which require maintenance intervention as required

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Previous working experience as a Housekeeper/Cleaner preferably in an aged care or hotel environment.
• Be able to work independently
• Good availability 
• Skills to be able to keep busy and active 
• Ability to lift and move linen and cleaning equipment 

The successful person must have some availability between the hours of 7:00am to 15:00pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 15:00pm on the weekend.

The recruitment process will involve a functional assessment which will assess your ability to fulfil the requirements of the role. You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
