About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager to lead and manage Alwyndor’s technology environment and digital initiatives.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services and leading a small ICT team, this role is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s ICT systems, infrastructure and digital platforms. You will ensure reliable, secure and efficient technology services while driving the implementation of Alwyndor’s Digital Plan.

This role works closely with leaders across the organisation and external technology partners to deliver strategic ICT projects, strengthen cyber security, and improve system integration and data capability.

• Lead the delivery of Alwyndor’s ICT strategy and Digital Plan

• Oversee ICT operations including infrastructure, systems, applications and networks

• Lead ICT projects including system upgrades, new implementations and digital improvements

• Ensure robust cyber security practices, risk management and data protection

• Manage relationships with external ICT vendors and managed service providers

• Maintain ICT governance frameworks, policies and procedures

• Monitor ICT performance, risks and reporting for leadership

• Manage ICT operational and capital budgets

• Lead and develop the ICT team to deliver high-quality services across the organisation

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology, automation and integration

About You

You are a strategic and hands-on ICT leader who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and delivering practical technology solutions that support organisational goals.

You will bring:

• Degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

• Demonstrated experience in an ICT management or senior technical leadership role

• Experience delivering IT road maps and leading technology change initiatives

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems integration and data security

• Experience managing ICT vendors and service providers

• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and regulatory compliance

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• The ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement

You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
