About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the Accounts Payable Officer will work as part of a high performing Finance team.

Responsibilities include:

• Month end reporting and reconciliations
• Assist with preparation of Financial Statements  
• Assist with the internal and external audit process
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Reconciliation Process
• BAS lodgement support 
• Revenue Reconciliation
• Client Record Management (CRN)

Required Skill and Attributes:

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
• Proficient in the use of Excel
• Proven ability to think and act strategically and set realistic goals and plans which improve services;
• Financial accounting experience including budgeting and performance analysis;
• Excellent work ethic, energy, passion and commitment;
• Experience in Aged Care or Not For Profit will be highly regarded
• Current influenza vaccination and Covid vaccinations as per Government direction
